 We believe that the interaction of humans and animals, and the sharing of one other's lives, is a richly rewarding experience.  We believe that it is important to promote and foster all aspects of these relationships in the care and service that we provide for you and your animals at our facility.  Our mission statement is one that upholds the highest ethical standard for ourselves and all of our employees.  It is as follows: 

To provide high-quality, compassionate medical care for pets at an affordable cost through Chimacum Valley Veterinary Hospital and Pet Townsend Veterinary Clinic.  We strive to help our clients understand all of their options concerning the health of their animal companions, so that they can make informed decisions when trying to choose the most appropriate route for veterinary care.

If we do not meet your expectations, or if you feel that we have not provided quality care for your animal companions, we ask that you PLEASE let us know.  One of our primary goals is to continuously improve upon our care and service, and we can best accomplish this with your constructive feedback.

 Another main goal for our hospital(s) is to provide a truly "healing" environment.  We will do that through employee and client education.  We will reinforce that through our own personal growth and training.  We will consistently seek to improve on all aspects of this hospital.
